Its user-friendly design allows for single-handed activation, featuring a protective flap to stop false alarms and a quick-deploy aerial. Even in low-light conditions, the integrated ultra-bright strobe helps rescue teams pin-point your position from a distance.

Safety shouldn’t come with a subscription. The PLB1 utilizes the official Cospas Sarsat satellite system, meaning there are no hidden costs or usage charges. In an emergency, your distress signal and precise location are sent straight to a Rescue Coordination Center, providing local emergency services with the data they need to reach you quickly.
